In Kodi go to Add-ons → Install from Repository → PVR Clients → PVR IPTV Simple Client and press Install. Enable the add-on.
Open its settings, set Location = Remote Path (Internet Address) and paste the M3U URL provided by your service. In the EPG tab paste the XMLTV URL and set the correct time shift if needed.
Set up the grouping: TV → Channels → Context menu → Group Manager. Create "Sports", "Kids", etc. To enable timeshift, go to Settings → PVR & Live TV → Timeshift and select a folder on the disk.
